A sweeping enterprise retail system was rolling out to dozens of locations. The client needed self-paced learning to enable employees to perform transactions.

Plan B: Microvideos
The client hoped eLearning would track course completions. It was a good plan and the stakeholders agreed. But we found out that most desktops did not have audio capability. While we had two modules built, we would be able to deploy them. Instead, managers were able to use the microvideos in team meetings. Not ideal but workable.
