Modelling complex business processes to create custom video and support resources.

Contractors lead IT projects at a major biopharma. There was steady turnover as contractors rolled off and few resources their replacements. Thus, onboarding was uneven, took longer than desired, and increased project costs.

Mapped processes, built a library of job aids, convert to video, and built 30 modules in Articulate Rise. All videos and modules were made without narration to allow easy revision.

Visual Job Aids
Across the project, we mapped dozens of work processes. We turned them into job aids. Efficient, detailed, but flat. To add some sparkle (as the client put it), we dropped the content into Camtasia, and added a music track to yield video job aids. Maybe not terribly exciting, but fast to deliver and well-received.
